Cavallini artisan bakery, patisserie and espresso bar was opened in 2006 by Robert and his wife, Natalie. They envisaged a place where people could enjoy the finest refreshments in an environment combining the best of cosmopolitan Melbourne with hints of a Parisian café or a bar in Florence.
